Our 1:1 Performance Rehab sessions provide detailed, diligent, individualised rehabilitation that go beyond traditional physiotherapy appointments.

With longer appointment times, elite-level assessment and advanced rehab technology, our athletes and clients receive support beyond current industry norms.

Every session is tailored to you — designed to assess, rebuild and progress your capacity, confidence and performance.

Available across our West Midlands and East Midlands clinic locations.

OPTION 02

Online Performance Rehab

Elite-level rehab support, wherever you are.

A 1:1 video consultation to review, refine and progress your rehab programme remotely.

Each session includes movement assessment, exercise technique feedback, load modification, programme adjustments and equipment recommendations, ensuring you have a clear plan for the next phase of your recovery.

Designed for athletes and active clients who require expert guidance, accountability and performance-focused rehab support between clinic visits or from afar.
